Looking to the fast changing needs and the dynamic changes in the Global scenario of School Education, need was felt for all the CBSE affiliated schools to come on one platform and think to work for the betterment of the society and upliftment of the quality of school education.
Sahodaya was the best answer to this need.
After formation of Kota Sahodaya Schools Complex in April 2008, all the school Principals felt that this was a very big missing link in the CBSE school management, as it has helped us tremendously to improve the overall scenario in school education at Kota.
During last 4 years Kota Sahodaya has travelled miles together and the heads of the schools have started feeling as part of a single family, where we can care and share all the activities and feelings to rise together in the present scenario, as this is the need of the hour also.
I feel proud to head such an organisation and feel honoured that the Principals have shown faith in me to take this organisation from a zero or I will say a negative level to the highest level in Sahodaya Complexes.
I am also honoured and feel proud that on my request Shri Vineet Joshi Ex. Chairman CBSE, Dr.Sadhana Parashar Director(Training) and Shri RP SIngh visited Kota in August 2011 and were apprised about the school education scenario at Kota.
